Bellbrae Clay is located on Wadawurrung Country, a gorgeous 6 acre bush property on the iconic Great Ocean Road, Bellbrae.

Bellbrae Clay specialises in Hand Building workshops, in a relaxed and creative space, where you will explore a range of clays, tools and equipment while receiving support with hands-on demonstrations of the core building techniques relevant to your chosen session.

Bellbrae Clay was founded in 2021 by Lauren Barton and born from the need to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, nature and our community.

Working with clay in its natural form involves nurturing to manipulate the mud and sculpt to your desired result. To be still, focus your mind and play. Getting back to nature, fresh air, mud in hand and chats with friends… Bliss!

During our workshops participants will learn the core hand building techniques and create gorgeous ceramic pieces. All workshops are suitable for beginner to advanced level.
